Our Core Values.

Core values are essential and enduring tenets for our organisation - a small set of general guiding principles. They do not change and should not be compromised.

WE believe in Nature: Warranium Energy value the diversity and resilience of nature and treasure its beauty. Nature sustains and renews us, provides unforeseen moments of satisfaction, and inspires our day by day work.
Everything we do is about making an impact and affecting global change.

WE care for People and Environment: Our responsibility is to help empower people to improve the health of their vicinity environment and of the planet as a whole. We care deeply about our colleagues, partners, members, and the communities in which we work. We always learn from their skills, experience, expertise, and beliefs, and together we build conservation communities that welcome and respect all people.
We are committed to nature and people. We share our passion with others to connect people with nature and to inspire everyone to be stewards of the environment.

WE is United: We believe in the inherent worth for all people. Our strength and vitality lie in being one organisation working together to embrace opportunities and challenges in an ever- changing world. We value creativity, innovation, and action, while collective and collaborative efforts.

Together WE make the difference: We value biodiversity and human diversity, and we know that protecting it requires creativity and new thinking. We feel a responsibility, individually and collectively, to make a positive difference towards our world.

Sustainable Development: Warranium Energy has focused on to strengthen capacities and provide an enabling environment for access to opportunities, focusing on the most vulnerable and excluded population groups – in manners that are sustainable from economic, social and ecological points of view.

To achieve this goal, we work with government agencies, public and private organisations, and educational institute to build their capacity to integrate environmental considerations into development plans and strategies, to manage and sustainably use natural resources; ensure with the preservations and enhancement of natural resources and ecosystems is used to balance people’s economic and livelihoods, and effectively target policies to reduce wastes and provide social and environment protection.

Excellence, Innovation and Leadership: Understanding the dynamics of both natural and human-made changes in the environment requires knowledge spanning many disciplines. Water, air and soil pollution; climate change; the depletion of natural resources; species extinction; and waste disposal are challenges that are partly a result of an incomplete understanding of environmental systems and processes. We believe environmental expertise is valuable and we know that protecting it requires creativity and new thinking. We believe that every person can make a positive difference.
Our vision for the future is challenging but clear: to create the most supportive environment possible so that our researchers, engineers, designers, strategist and managers can do what they do best— advance understanding and apply new knowledge.
